This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) pertains to information collected through this website and online services (collectively, the “Websites”) hosted by CMV and its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively referred to as “CMV”) and by third parties on CMV’s behalf. It does not pertain to information collected in other manners or offline.

Mobile Phone Number: While on our website, through online applications, maintenance requests, showing requests, Tenant Web Access registration, site reservations, or general informational request forms we may collect your phone number to send and receive text messages. Messages may include promotional offers, alerts, communication about community news, urgent notifications, events, and other content. Standard messaging rates may apply. Message frequency will vary.

If you would like to delete your email address from our Website, please unsubscribe from the Subscribe section of the Websites using our automated system. From time to time, CMV may also request a verification of your email address in order to update its Subscribe lists that are maintained. CMV may delete email addresses from its Subscribe list when email addresses cannot be verified. An email address that cannot be verified will be removed from the Subscribe list. If you believe that you have been mistakenly removed from the Subscribe list, please contact us.
Removal of Your Information From Our Website
CMV will attempt to honor your written request to delete personal information about you from its system. You should be aware, however, that it is not technologically possible to remove each and every record of the information you may have provided to CMV from its servers. The need to back up our systems to protect information from inadvertent loss means that a copy of your information may exist in a non erasable form that will be difficult or impossible for CMV to locate.
